Muller v. Oregon: A Progressively Controversial Decision<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I will be giving a Pecha-Kucha presentation on Muller v. Oregon, a landmark Supreme Court case in 1908 that ruled on women’s rights in the workplace. I will explain the context of the case, the case’s proceedings, the Supreme Court’s decision, and the legacy of that decision. I will also raise questions on some of the argumentation methods used in the court hearings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
