Anne Frank: No Longer a Bystander<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My work sample is about the diary of Anne Frank, a young Jewish girl who hid from the Nazis for two years. The unit teaches students about the Holocaust and modern day social injustice. As a class, we discuss ways to create tolerance and help others. The unit culminates with a service project where the students actively work to make the school a more tolerant place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
