The research is based off of a two-part guiding question: \u201cWhat impact do positive classroom relationships have on the overall management of a classroom?\u201d AND \u201cWhat is a strategy I can use in my future classroom to build these positive relationships?\u201d My methods for gathering data included a study of research synthesizing the link between relationships and effective classroom management and the power of connection through respectful conversation. Findings affirmed the influence of relationships in behavior management and proved the impact of shared routine through a conversation circle.
