The message of Jesus is extremely important. However, this message has been reduced to quick Bible tracts we can hand out to people we don’t want to talk to or catchy billboards on the side of the highway. Examining the culture of this generation tells the importance of being a friend who cares about spiritual matters, and how the church should be present outside of its four walls.

My capstone project is going to be on the importance of helping teenagers that self-harm themselves. I am also going to be backing up my paper by what God says in the Bible about how we should treat our bodies. I am going to be showing the steps and how to understand how young teens start the pattern of “self-harm.” The information is going to show you how and why teens start to injure themselves. These steps will identify in the preventative opportunities to help the teenager who is going through with “self-harm.”
