We are Baldwin; a multimillion dollar sensor manufacturing company. One major sensor manufacturer went bankrupt and was broken into six individual companies. We compete with three other student run producers and the remaining two are computer operated companies. Our strategy is a differentiator with a product lifecycle focus. This means Baldwin creates varied product lines and charges a premium price for the high quality products. At the same time Baldwin aims to meet the needs of all of its customers. We believe in putting others before ourselves, so as we conduct business the aim is to enrich the environment, uplift employees, and treat customers like family.

Heat vs. Clippers Statistical Breakdown

While looking at two of the top NBA teams, Miami Heat & the LA Clippers, we will compare & contrast their numbers are heading into the post season. Some of the top categories are field goal percentage, free throw percentage, & three-point percentage. When the playoffs start they have a series, which includes seven games, another thing to look at would be if the three percentages that are listed above, differ whether they are playing at home or on the road. Also something to look at would be where they are getting most of their shots whether they are getting the ball inside, or successfully shooting the ball from behind the arc. This is key to compare to the field goal percentage to where the majority of their shots are coming from.

Metabolism of Different Types of Sugars by Yeast

Yeast metabolizes sugars and carbohydrates forming carbon dioxide thus allowing the bread to rise. Our first trial was observing the amount of foam created by the sugar and yeast reacting. Our second trial was observing how much the bread rose before and after being baked. Then we compared the results with the first trial.
